PRICING
All products will be invoiced at the GeneraMedix Inc. published price to customers in effect on the date of receipt of the order.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

MINIMUM ORDERS AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers may mail, fax, transmit electronically or telephone orders for products marketed by GeneraMedix Inc. All orders are subject to acceptance by GeneraMedix Inc. All orders over $500 will be shipped FOB Point of Destination with freight and insurance prepaid. Orders less then $500 will incur a $50 handling charge. Customer will pay any costs due to special or expedited shipping requests.

REMITTANCE
Please remit payment to GeneraMedix Inc., 150 Allen Road, Liberty Corner, NJ 07938.

RETURNS
Returns will be handled in accordance with our Return Goods Policy.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
Direct customers must inspect the products and notify GeneraMedix Inc.'s Customer Service Department by phone or fax for any claims for shortages, defects or damages. In the event of any such claim,
customer must hold the products pending receipt of GeneraMedix Inc. instructions concerning disposition and permit GeneraMedix Inc. or its representatives to inspect the product upon request. If the customer
fails to notify GeneraMedix Inc. within ten (10) days after the date of the invoice, the products will be deemed to have been received in good condition in the quantities stated in the invoice.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
GeneraMedix Inc. order discrepancies resulting from over shipments, short shipments, ordering errors or any other error must be reported to GeneraMedix Inc.'s Customer Service Department within ten (10) days
after date of invoice to ensure appropriate resolution.

WARRANTY
GeneraMedix Inc. warrants that, as of the date of shipment, GeneraMedix Inc. products will not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the United States Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and will be articles which are permitted to be introduced into interstate commerce under such act. GeneraMedix Inc. will defend Customer and indemnify it against any claim based on the failure of GeneraMedix Inc. product purchased directly from GeneraMedix Inc. to meet appropriate standards of identity, strength, quality and purity, provided the Customer gives GeneraMedix Inc. prompt notice of the assertion of the claim, or service of complaint, and fully cooperates in the defense thereof by counsel of GeneraMedix Inc.'s choice. This warranty or indemnification does not apply if the claim results from Customer’s negligence or its alteration, misuse, or improper testing, handling or storage of the product.

FORCE MAJEURE
GeneraMedix Inc. will not be liable for any failure to deliver when such failure is caused by, (directly or indirectly), but not limited to: fire, flood, accident, explosion, equipment or machinery breakdown, sabotage, strike, labor disturbance, wars, acts of God, acts of government, national disasters or any other causes beyond our control.

SERVICE
All orders received prior to 2pm Eastern Time will ship same day. All other orders will ship within 24 hours.
