POLICY
FOR ISSUE OF CREDIT
- Please contact our Return Goods Customer Service Department
at 800-777-6565 for return information, a Return Authorization
Form (RAF) and pre-addressed shipping labels.
- GeneraMedix
Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
to determine if products qualify as returnable, and determination
by GeneraMedix
Inc.
of the physical count of the returned products will
be final.
- GeneraMedix
Inc. will issue an 80% credit allowance for
returned products.
- Credit will be issued based on the current price or
actual purchase price, whichever is less. No processing
fees for returns will be paid.
- Direct customers are only eligible for credit to be
applied against outstanding account activity.
- Indirect customers (i.e., customers who buy through
a wholesaler) will receive a refund via check.
- Credits and/or refunds will NOT be
issued for:
- Products more than one (1) year beyond their
expiration date.
- Packages that may have been opened, partially
used, unlabeled, marked, repackaged or disfigured
in any way.
- Products that are Private Labeled.
- Products that have been sold on a non-returnable
basis or have been donated.
- Products that have been damaged by acts of God,
fire, smoke, water or involved in bankruptcy sale.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage
or shipping.
- Products returned without proper authorization
(see Procedure and Terms below).
- Products that were purchased indirectly and returned
to wholesalers or distributors.
TERMS OF RETURN
- Customer will assume all shipping charges.
- Customer should insure returned product.
- GeneraMedix
Inc. is not responsible for any returned product
lost or damaged in transit.
- Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for credit
including, but not limited to, ineligible returns listed
above.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS
- A Return Authorization Form (RAF) must be obtained
by contacting our Return Goods Customer Service Department
at 800-777-6565.
- The SHIP TO address for returns will be indicated
on the return label.
- The RAF and the shipping label (or copies thereof)
must accompany all returns to receive credit.
- Please do not ship products prior to receiving Return
Authorization.
- Products returned without proper authorization will
become the property of GeneraMedix
Inc. and destroyed. No
credit will be issued.
- GeneraMedix
Inc. reserves the right to request proof of
purchase prior to authorizing any return.
DAMAGED GOODS - DIRECT CUSTOMERS
- You must notify the carrier at the time of delivery
of any visible damage.
- If concealed damage is noticed after delivery, you
should contact the carrier to complete an inspection
report within ten (10) days of delivery.
- Please contact our Customer Service Department at 877-722-2328 about
any damage which occurred during shipping to ensure appropriate
authorization and credit.
DAMAGED GOODS - INDIRECT CUSTOMERS
- Please contact your wholesaler or distributor about
any damage which occurred during shipping to ensure appropriate
authorization and credit.

- Please immediately notify our Customer Service Department
at 877-722-2328 of any order or shipping errors to ensure
appropriate authorization and credit.
