Ron Quadrel has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for
over thirty-four years, with experience in the areas of R&D,
Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Operations,
Business Development, Contracting, and General Management.
Ron’s company experience includes work at Hoffmann-La
Roche, Johnson & Johnson, Glaxo Inc., Ohmeda, and Baxter
Healthcare.
In his most recent position, before starting GeneraMedix
Inc., Ron served as President of Global Anesthesia, Critical
Care and Oncology, at Baxter Healthcare, a business unit
with over $1 Billion in sales. This business unit at Baxter
was comprised of a blend of product lines, including patented
proprietary pharmaceutical products, medical devices and
generic injectable drugs covering the areas of acute care
for the peri-operative and intensive care hospital and
surgery center setting, as well as renal and oncology products
utilized in hospitals, dialysis centers and oncology clinics.
In 1995, while at Ohmeda, Ron was responsible for the creation,
implementation and ongoing management of the company’s
generic injectable business. The first sales of generic
injectables were realized in 1997. This business was sold
to Baxter in 1998. Over the next six years, sales of generic
injectable products grew exponentially. In June 2004, when
Ron resigned from Baxter, his business unit was the leading
supplier of generic injectable products in the United States.
Dennis joined GeneraMedix Inc. at its formation in July
2004, and brings more than twenty-five years of industry
experience in the areas of finance, acquisitions, acquisition
integration, and pharmaceutical strategic alliances. Dennis
is responsible for all aspects of GeneraMedix Inc.’s
financial management, reporting and treasury functions,
as well as involvement in business development activities.
Prior to joining GeneraMedix Inc., Dennis held senior positions
in Finance and Strategic Alliance Management for Baxter
Healthcare’s Anesthesia & Critical Care business
unit. Prior experience included finance positions at Ohmeda,
The BOC Group and Price Waterhouse.
Robin Smith Hoke recently joined GeneraMedix, Inc., with over twenty years of broad healthcare and pharmaceutical experience in various legal and business roles where she focused on strategy, business development, acquisitions, and strategic relationships, including, strategic alliances, joint ventures, partnerships and other investments. Prior to joining GeneraMedix, she was Senior Vice President, Global Business Development and Strategic Initiatives, Generic Pharmaceuticals, for Cardinal Health, Inc. where she was responsible for the management of global strategies and business development activities to drive Cardinal Health’s organic and non-organic growth objectives in generics.
Prior to her role in generic strategies and initiatives, she served as General Counsel for Cardinal Health’s Pharmaceutical Technologies & Services business unit where she had global responsibility for managing the legal activities and helping to facilitate the achievements of PTS’ corporate goals and objectives. Robin also held legal roles at Abbott Laboratories, Inc., a diversified healthcare company and was a partner in the business law firm of Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter, Co., L.P.A.
Chris has twenty-five years experience in the generic injectables
industry in the areas of manufacturing, pharmaceutical
strategic alliance, acquisition integration, and executive
management. Chris’ company experience includes ESI
Lederle, Schein Laboratories/Steris, Rocap Division of
Sabratek, and Baxter Healthcare. Prior to joining GeneraMedix
Inc., Chris was Managing Director of the Baxter acquired
ESI Lederle manufacturing facility.
Marty Joyce has over thirty years experience in the
pharmaceutical industry, in the area of research and development,
including process, formulation and analytical development
of solids, intra-nasals, patches and injectable generic
products. Marty’s company experience includes work
at McGaw, Sterling-Winthrop, Wyeth (ESI/Lederle), and Baxter
Healthcare. Marty’s last position was Vice President,
R&D for Baxter’s Anesthesia & Critical Care
business.
Vincent has twenty-eight years of experience in the area of Drug Regulatory Affairs. His experience covers preparation and submission of ANDAs and 505(b)(2) NDAs in the areas of solid and non-solid dosage forms, topical, injectable, nasal, rectal, vaginal, ophthalmic, and transdermal products. Prior to joining GeneraMedix Inc., Vincent held positions of increasing responsibilities with Halsey Drug Company Inc., Alpharma USPD Inc., and Copley Pharmaceutical. His most recent position was Director, Regulatory Affairs, Liquids, Semisolids and Specialty Projects for Teva Pharmaceuticals USA.
Ginger Collier brings over twenty years experience in the
pharmaceutical industry to GeneraMedix Inc. in the areas
of sales, corporate accounts, trade relations, and marketing.
Ginger’s company experience includes McKesson Drug,
Schein Pharmaceutical Inc., Watson Pharma, Elan Pharmaceutical,
Baxter Healthcare, and McKesson Medical-Surgical. Ginger’s
most recent position prior to joining GeneraMedix Inc.
was Director, Pharmaceutical Marketing for McKesson Medical-Surgical.
Jeff Jackowski brings over twenty-five years experience
in the pharmaceutical business, in the areas of QC, QA,
research QA/QC, validation, plant start-ups, remediation,
and regulatory compliance at major pharmaceutical/vaccine
manufacturers including Glaxo, J&J, Aventis-Behring,
Ohmeda/Baxter and Wyeth. Jeff’s last Pharma position
held prior to coming to GeneraMedix Inc. was Director of
Quality Assurance for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
Dennis Kalsow has thirty-seven years of experience in the
pharmaceutical industry, in the areas of sales, sales management,
sales operations, sales training, IT systems, and sales
force automation. Denny’s company experience includes
Eli Lilly, E. R. Squibb & Sons, Ohmeda and Baxter.
Denny’s most recent position prior to joining GeneraMedix
Inc. was Director, Training and Professional Development
for Baxter Anesthesia & Critical Care.
